Prelaunch draft — September 4, 2026. Not yet effective for the proposed cloud monitor.
These draft terms describe the intended use of POP Channel Monitor, a private channel-management tool being developed for the owner of POP – Power Of Positivity on YouTube. The proposed cloud monitor is not active, is not open to the public, and does not currently offer public accounts or subscriptions.
Reading the public information pages does not create an account, authorize access to a Google or YouTube account, or activate AI processing. Before the service is connected, the owner must be shown the final permissions and privacy practices and must provide the required authorization and consent.
If activated, POP Channel Monitor would use owner-authorized, read-only YouTube data to prepare private performance summaries, suggested next steps, and comment-reply drafts for the owner's review. Its initial design would not publish comments or change videos, titles, thumbnails, descriptions, playlists, or other public channel content.
The service may use available YouTube statistics and other evidence, but metrics may be delayed, incomplete, revised, or unavailable. Recommendations and AI-assisted drafts are suggestions, not facts or guarantees. The owner remains responsible for reviewing information, checking source evidence, deciding what action to take, and approving any content before it is used elsewhere. The service does not guarantee views, subscribers, revenue, ranking, or channel growth.
The planned service would use YouTube API Services. By using the connected API client, the authorized user also agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Use of Google and YouTube services is also subject to Google's and YouTube's applicable policies and terms.
Merely visiting this information website is not use of the connected API client and does not grant POP Channel Monitor access to an account.
The final Privacy Policy will explain the information the service accesses, how it is used and shared, the planned retention and deletion processes, and how authorization can be revoked. The owner must accept that policy before using the connected service.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, authorization tokens, API keys, or other account credentials through this website or to the contact email. Google authorization, if enabled, would occur through Google's own consent process.
POP Channel Monitor is intended only for the authorized management and review of the POP channel. It may not be used to access an account without permission, misrepresent identity, evade platform controls, harass others, violate privacy, publish deceptive content, interfere with the service, or break applicable law or platform rules.
The proposed service may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued while it is developed or if a provider, permission, cost, security, or policy requirement changes. Any material new purpose, permission, or data-sharing arrangement would be disclosed before it is used and would require appropriate authorization or consent.
These terms will be updated to match the verified implementation before launch. A revision date will be displayed when the final terms become effective.
POP Channel Monitor is an independent tool and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Google or YouTube. Google, YouTube, Gmail, Google Sites, Google Cloud, and OpenAI are services of their respective providers, and their own terms and policies continue to apply.
